Our background is in Broadcast Operations and Post Production having initially started as a freelance agency. With an already large resource pool of individuals this allows us to provide our clients with suitable and well screened candidates in an efficient and timely manner.
Building a strong business relationship is key and we hold a trusted advisor role with a number of our clients in relation to their staffing solutions.
As testament to our ability to build successful working partnerships, many of our relationships with our first customers are still in place today.
Frame 25 was started in 2009 building on an already well-established freelance transmission operation. Tom’s background is in operations having worked in a number of roles before becoming a freelancer.
Using his first hand experience and contacts he started Frame 25 to supply broadcasters with trusted and reliable freelancers whilst making sure freelancers were treated fairly and paid on time!
Having started as a bookings manager dealing with tx clients Guy manages our bookings team. Answering staffing needs 24/7 he’s always available to solve the most last-minute requests.
Guy has worked in a number of broadcast operations and has first hand experience of how demanding running rosters can be. When he’s not rostering Guy can be found collecting vinyl at record fairs – searching for lost gems.
Gary has worked at Setanta, ESPN and Loft London. He has a background in broadcast operations and post production having worked in Live Sport for a number of years within transmission.
As a result Gary has hands knowledge of technology and operations from initially working as an op to latterly supervising a tx team. He even understands the rules of American Football and doesn’t find baseball boring!
Being classically trained from an early age, Cath started out her career in Music Production – working as a Sound Engineer in a studio environment, as well as touring the UK in a function band.
Leaving behind her musical roots, Cath made her transition over to Broadcast Operations, working in a client facing role; managing operations staffing requirements for broadcasters and service providers.
Amy comes from a customer support background having worked at CPM supporting a large outsourced sales operation. Having an interest in TV has led Amy to now support a high-volume bookings department, catering to a range of broadcaster’s and their varying requirements.
