Customer Relationship Executive

Building and maintaining genuine professional relationships is essential for successful business development. We are looking for a capable Customer Relationship Executive to take the lead on key client accounts for a international broadcast operations provider in Central London.

Acting as the primary point of contact between internal and client side teams, the position will be responsible for managing the technical analysis and reporting for departments including Media Management, MCR and Playout.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Taking ownership of fault investigation, analysis and reporting
  • Working closely with internal teams in sales, operations, projects and engineering.
  • Maintaining a flow of clear and well documented communication around service performance, planned works and other relevant issues. (Including monthly reports)
  • Attending and leading service performance meetings
  • Championing a high quality of service

Experience

Suitable candidates will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to understand and explain technical details to non technical audiences.

This position would be ideal for an operational professional looking to move off shift and apply their industry knowledge in an engaging client focused environment.
